Strong Start For Bulk Lentil Exports
WINNIPEG - Nov 3/15 - SNS -- The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) reports 204,800 metric tons (MT) lentils were exported through licensed facilities which are required to report to it all grain movement in September.
The CGC data does not include exports in containers or from non-reporting terminals.
The CGC reports 75,500 MT were shipped the same month last year, while movement is up from the 600 MT shipped the previous month.
