Few Changes in Lentils
VANCOUVER - Feb 4/12 - SNS -- North American lentils markets finished the week little changed in relatively light trading interest.
Markets were pleased with the latest stocks in all positions report from Statistics Canada because stocks on farms were lower than feared.
The numbers suggest farmers have moved a substantial quantity of off-grade lentils carried over from 2010 into livestock feed markets.
