PANAMA - Nov 17/17 - SNS -- Lentil markets finished the week's trading little changed, with markets stabilizing in seasonal trade.
There continue to be reports of contact cancellations and defaults, but with prices little changed, worries about a further price collapse are easing.
However, news that India unexpectedly boosted import duties on some vegetable oils and soybeans adds to underlying anxiety that similar moves could follow for lentils and chickpeas.
