Yield Worries Support Lentils
VANCOUVER - Aug 15/15 - SNS -- Lentil markets continued their transition in new crop pricing against ongoing harvest activity in Canada and the United States.
Even so, processors in both countries have adopted a defensive posture because of worries about yield and quality.
Growers are clearly selling product, but it is hard to measure whether it will remain enough to satisfy market needs through October.
