Export Movement Supports Lentils
VANCOUVER - Nov 2/14 - SNS -- Lentil markets maintained their firm tone under relatively light trading conditions during the past week.
Bulk export movement from Canada remains strong, with shipments through the fourth week of October up 21.6% over the same period last season at 150,000 metric tons (MT).
There is a significant quantity of product in position in Vancouver as exporters prepare to load vessels with bulk lentils.
