Citrus Crop Outlook Slips
WASHINGTON - Jul 11/14 - SNS -- There was a general decine in citrus crop prospects in the United States during the past month, according to the USDA 's latest crop production estimates.
The United States all orange forecast for the 2013-2014 season is 6.94 million tons, down slightly from the previous forecast and down 16% from the 2012-2013 final utilization
The 2013-2014 United States grapefruit crop is forecast at 1.05 million tons, down 1% from the previous forecast and down 13% from last season's final utilization.
