Mixed Week For Lentils
VANCOUVER - Jan 11/14 - SNS -- Lentil markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note as markets start to return to normal after the long holiday break.
Currency returned as a key factor during the past week, with the Canadian dollar falling sharply in value relative to the U.S. dollar.
The currency lost 2.5% of its value during the week, with some analysts believing there is further downside potential over the short term.
