India Tenders For Lentils
DELHI - Aug 4/16 - SNS -- In separate tenders, India's MMTC Limited is tendering to buy 120,000 metric tons (MT) of lentils for shipment before November.
In the first tender, it is seeking offers of 40,000 MT of Canadian or Australian origin red lentils for shipment between September 15 and October 30 to Mumbai. Offers are due August 18.
In the second tender, it is seeking 80,000 MT of green lentils for shipment between September 15 and October 15 to Tuticorin. This includes 40,000 MT of U.S. origin medium or Richlea green lentils and 40,000 MT of Canadian origin large green or Laird lentils. Offers are due August 23.
