Bulk Lentil Shipments Jump in March
WINNIPEG - Apr 29/16 - SNS -- The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) reports 35,300 metric tons (MT) lentils were loaded for export through licensed facilities which are required to report to it all grain movement in March.
The CGC data does not include exports in containers or from non-reporting terminals.
The CGC reports 16,600 MT were shipped the same month last year, while movement up sharply from the 13,000 MT shipped the previous month.
