United States Large Confection Sunflower Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 9/14 - STAT -- United States Large Confection Sunflower markets finished the 2013-14 marketing year with prices offered to growers slipping 3% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Large Confection Sunflower was USD$34.52 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $35.77 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $36.00 per cwt in April, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $33.00 per cwt in December.
