Strong Chickpea Outlook Not GuaranteedVANCOUVER - Jun 30/12 - SNS -- Chickpea markets found some support from seeded area estimates issued by the USDA and Statistics Canada during the week. While the USDA did not break down seeded area by class, the available data suggests little change from the March seeding intentions. By contrast, Canadian farmers do not appear to have seeded as many chickpeas as intended.
