Limited Trading Interest in LentilsVANCOUVER - Apr 14/12 - SNS -- Lentil markets posted a mixed finish in a week which saw limited end user buying and grower selling interest. Large and medium green lentils finished lower on the week; while small greens were unchanged and red lentils stronger. Market attention is starting to switch to Canada's pending seeding intentions report for Canada. That country remains the most important exporter of lentils in the world, accounting for between 60% and 75% of world trade in recent years.
