Few Changes in Lentils
VANCOUVER - Sep 2/11 - SNS -- International lentil markets finished the week little changed under relatively light trading conditions.
Buyers in Europe and predominantly Islamic nations are not expected to be active for at least another week.
This year's harvest is making excellent progress in Canada, with Saskatchewan starting the week with 55% of the crop in the bin, just behind the recent five-year average of 58.8% complete by the beginning of September.
