VANCOUVER - Aug 2/11 - STAT -- Canadian 9mm Kabuli Chickpeas markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices leaping 11% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $58.50 per cwt in July, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $43.00 per cwt in August.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $45.83 per cwt in June, compared to the lowest monthly average of $43.17 per cwt in February.
