Mixed Finish For Lentils
VANCOUVER - Apr 2/11 - SNS -- North American lentils markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note as grower selling interest remains ahead of the short term needs of the market.
Growers in Canada are also showing more interest in production contracts for the coming year's crop, with indicated prices from some companies deemed to be high enough relative to other crops to maintain interest.
Growers in western Canada are also struggling with the choice between lentils and durum.
