Few Changes in Lentils

VANCOUVER - Mar 5/11 - SNS -- International lentil markets were little change, with current values keeping end users buying on an as-needed basis in hopes of paying less later in the year.

Importers may also be trying to conserve cash resources because rising trading values for most agricultural commodities pushes up their financing requirements.

Rising energy costs is also contributing the unease of end users because of the fear this will accelerate food price inflation.
