Mixed Finish in Lentil Markets
VANCOUVER - Feb 18/11 - SNS -- International lentil markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note.
Number two and number one grade product maintained their firm tone through the week, while lower grades displayed a weaker undertone.
This is especially true of green lentils, which are experiencing a fundamental shortage of No 2 or better product and a surplus of lower grades.
