Bulgaria's Oil-type Sunflower Imports Post Weak Month
PANAMA - Oct 14/22 - SNS -- Imports of oil-type sunflowers by Bulgaria fell compared to the previous month in August, available data from Eurostat reveals.
Imports for the month reached 89,127 metric tons (MT), down from 180,870 MT the previous month. This increased imports so far during the calendar year to 799,698, up 793% last year.
Ukraine was the most important exporter, supplying 88,478 MT. Moldova was the second most important export origin supplying 626 MT, followed by Turkey at 23 MT.
