Birdseeds Markets Mixed
PANAMA - Oct 7/22 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note, with offers from growers pushing slightly ahead of the short term needs of processors and exports.
The millet seed harvest is considered essentially complete in the United States, but more time is needed for Canada.
The week started with 76% of the canaryseed crop in the bin, down from 99% the same week last year, but above the recent five year average of 51.8%.
