VANCOUVER - Sep 19/22 - STAT -- American North Dakota 9mm Chickpeas markets finished the 2021-22 marketing year with prices offered to growers rocketing 52% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for North Dakota 9mm Chickpeas was USD$40.58 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $26.75 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $47.00 per cwt in February, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $36.00 per cwt in August.
