Netherlands's Oil-type Sunflower Imports Post Weak Performance
PANAMA - Aug 18/22 - SNS -- Imports of oil-type sunflowers by Netherlands shrank compared to the previous month in June, recent data from Eurostat shows.
Imports for the month totalled 443 metric tons (MT), down from 5,671 MT the prior month. This boosted imports so far during the calendar year to 288,367, up 87% last year.
Ukraine was the largest supplier, supplying 416 MT. Egypt was the second most important shipper supplying 25 MT, followed by China at 1 MT.
