Mustard Still Breaking Records
PANAMA - Dec 27/21 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets continued to advance heading into the North American holiday season.
Spreads between high and low bids tightened during the week in spot markets. At the same time prices offered farmers for both yellow and brown mustard seed advanced.
Both gained 4% to reach CDN $135 per 100 pounds (cwt), while oriental was unchanged at $101 for farmers dressed No 1 grade product delivered western Canadian processing plants.
