Volatility In Mustard

PANAMA - Apr 5/24 - SNS -- North merican mustard seed markets have become more volatile in recent weeks.

Volatility is a reflection of a disjoint between the short term needs of processors and exporters and the willingness of growers to sell.

Prices were stable most of March, but in the past week prices offered growers advanced for all classes of mustard.
