Mustard Continues to Firm

PANAMA - Jul 9/21 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets in North America continued to advance during the past week as processors and exporters reacted to declining crop conditions in Saskatchewan.

Unusually hot conditions are causing most crops to advance at a faster than normal pace, raising doubts about average yield potential across much of Saskatchewan.

Though prices offered yellow mustard seed growers were unchanged on the week, oriental mustard seed bids to growers advanced 3% and brown 5%.
