Mixed Week In Chickpeas
PANAMA - Aug 21/20 - SNS --International chickpea markets posted a mixed finish on the week, with kabuli markets steady to modestly firmer and export desi chickpeas showing some strength on the week. .
This year's North American harvest is now underway, with processors and exporters anxious to see more samples to get a sense of average yields and quality.
Saskatchewan's harvest started the week at 2% complete, with another 1% ready to straight combine and the balance of the crop still standing in fields.
