Lentils Steady to Firmer
VANCOUVER - May 1/15 - SNS -- Lentil markets finished the week's trading on a somewhat firmer note, helped by tightening stocks of No 1 grade product in Canada.
This is especially true of large green lentils, with export markets moving steadily higher.
Expectations that a significantly higher proportion of this year's seeded area will be red lentils contributed to strength in greens.
