Export Movement Firms Lentils
VANCOUVER - Mar 14/15 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished the week's trading on a firmer note against good export movement.
Large quantities of red lentils were amassed in Vancouver to meet export sales commitments, adding strength to both grower and inter-dealer markets in Canada.
Grower bids for red lentils have entered the top 20% of their historic price range, while bids for No 2 or better large green lentils are now in their top 10%.
