VANCOUVER - Sep 9/14 - STAT -- U.S. Regular Lentil markets finished the 2013-14 marketing year with prices falling 16% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $32.70 per cwt in September, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $26.00 per cwt in April.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $37.30 per cwt in September, compared to the lowest monthly average of $30.29 per cwt in May.
