8mm Kabuli Chickpea Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 1/12 - STAT -- Canadian 8mm Kabuli Chickpea markets finished the 2011-12 marketing year with prices offered to growers rocketing 27% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for 8mm Kabuli Chickpea was CDN$930.82 per metric ton (MT), compared to an average annual bid of $734.94 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $1140.85 per MT in October, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $716.50 per MT in July.
