Russia's Sunflower Seed Exports Post Strong Oucome
PANAMA - Feb 13/19 - SNS -- Russia's movement of sunflower seeds during November leapt versus the previous month, judging from data from Federal Customs Service of Russia.
Export sales during the month reached 10,888 metric tons (MT), up from 5,693 MT the previous month. This lifted movement so far during the calendar year to 72,077, down 76% last year.
Kazakhstan was the number one consumer, taking 4,569 MT. Belarus was the second most important buyer buying 3,575 MT, followed by China at 1,059 MT.
