Mixed Week In Mustard
PANAMA - Aug 24/18 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets finished the week unchanged to firmer in seasonally limited trading interest.
As the week got underway 24% of Saskatchewan's mustard seed crop was in the bin, while another 7% was ready to straight combine and 7% in swath.
This level of harvest progress suggests 195,000 metric tons (MT) of all classes of new crop mustard is now available to the market, compared to 121,600 at the same time last year.
