Holiday Mood Slows Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Nov 28/14 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets were little changed in holiday shortened trading interest on account of the Thanksgiving Day holiday in the United States.
Many domestic buyers were absent the last half of the week, while farmers in the United States were more focused on family than trying to move product from their bins.
This also marks the start of the Christmas and New Year's holiday season which typically sees a slowdown in overall trading activity.
