VANCOUVER - Sep 5/13 - STAT -- U.S. Millet markets finished the 2012-13 marketing year with prices rocketing 81% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $52.20 per cwt in June, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $18.38 per cwt in August.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $26.87 per cwt in June, compared to the lowest monthly average of $16.38 per cwt in September.
