Few Changes in Chickpeas

VANCOUVER - Aug 10/13 - SNS -- International chickpea markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note.

Worries about crops in Canada and Argentina have made sellers in those origins cautious about the amount and quality of product they will have available in the coming season.

By contrast, exporters in India continue to press markets for sales. This is a complete reversal from last year, when India was a buyer of kabuli chickpeas.
