Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 66,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Jul 27/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 66,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 151,600 from 218,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 51,700 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,600,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,600,200 MT peas down 792,900 from 2,393,100 MT last year.
