Lentils Little ChangedVANCOUVER - May 19/12 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished the week little changed under relatively quiet trading conditions on spot markets. By contrast, processors in the United States report a modest improvement in new crop trading interest. However, conditions are expected to turn wet in much of western Canada, affecting some of the key lentil growing areas, before drying up the middle of the coming week.
