Firmer Undertone in Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Mar 31/12 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets managed a firmer finish on the week, helped by market reaction to the USDA seeding intentions report and slowing grower participation in markets.
The focus on farms is clearly switching from trying to market product to seeding this year's crops.
This has allowed offers form growers to slip below the short term needs of the market.
