Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 207,200 MT
WINNIPEG - Mar 31/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 207,200 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 61,900 from 269,100 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
There were no exports reported during the week at Canada's licensed terminal elevators. The season to date total is 1,160,500 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,160,500 MT peas down 586,700 from 1,747,200 MT last year.
