Birdseed Offtake Remains Low
VANCOUVER - Feb 17/12 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets were little changed in light end user buying interest during the past week.
Both Canadian canaryseed and U.S. white proso millet were unchanged, while oil-type sunflower were firmer.
Commenting on the situation, the U.S. based National Sunflower Association noted, "The mild winter has led to soft birdfood sales in the past few months."
