Peas Maintain Firm ToneVANCOUVER - Oct 14/11 - SNS -- North American field pea markets maintained their firm tone through the past week as the proportion of peas available to markets continued to quickly decline relatively to prospective demand. Harvest selling pressure also seems to have dissipated, with weekly deliveries by farmers into the primary elevator system falling to just 22,100 metric tons (MT) during the week ending October 9.
