Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 321,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Oct 14/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 321,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 22,900 from 344,300 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 12,000 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 523,100 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 523,100 MT peas down 81,300 from 604,400 MT last year.
