Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 314,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Oct 7/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 314,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 21,600 from 336,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 119,500 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 511,100 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 511,100 MT peas down 43,900 from 555,000 MT last year.
