Birdseeds Remain Volatile
VANCOUVER - Aug 12/11 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets remained volatile through the past week with markets strongly influenced by outside factors.
Even so, any bullishness in the latest USDA production and supply and demand estimates were quickly absorbed by futures markets.
CHS Inc. analyst Kayla Burkhart noted, "(M)arkets know that yields can change drastically from the August 1st estimates and are wary to believe what was reported (August 11)."
