Eston Lentil Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/11 - STAT -- Canadian Eston Lentil markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices leaping 11% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for Eston Lentil was USD$41.47 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual market value of $37.23 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bags delivered to Montreal.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $46.00 per cwt in February, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $32.60 per cwt in August.
