Birdseeds Unchanged to Firmer
VANCOUVER - May 21/11 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets were unchanged to firmer largely because of the firmer week over week performance in oilseed and grain markets.
White proso millet markets in the United States were unchanged in seasonally light trade, with markets holding steady because of income competition from other crops.
Confectionary sunflower markets were unchanged on the week, while oil-type sunflower seed advanced in sympathy with soybeans and canola.
