Chickpeas Maintain Bullish Tone

VANCOUVER - Mar 25/11 - SNS -- International chickpea markets remained firm during the past week because of a pending shortage of good quality, large caliber product from Mexico.

The pace of offers from India have been improving in recent weeks, allowing that country to set the tone for some market destination.

However, for those with a strong preference for 11mm and 12mm chickpeas from Mexico, the situation is looking unusually bullish because of a fundamental shortage of product.
