Chickpeas Continue to Strengthen
VANCOUVER - Mar 18/11 - SNS -- Market fundamentals continued to support chickpeas through the past week, despite a more aggressive selling by India's exporters.
That country's harvest is well under for the dollar or large kabuli chickpeas, which are exempted by the country ban on pulse exports.
While prices are fiercely competitive with Mexico and other origins, some buyers are still unwilling to accept its quality.
