Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 383,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Sep 17/10 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 383,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-10 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 38,700 from 422,100 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 56,300 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 319,600 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 319,600 MT peas up 197,100 from 122,500 MT last year.
