United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 6/10 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2009-10 marketing year with prices falling 18% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $46.40 per cwt in September, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $40.50 per cwt in August.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $54.88 per cwt in February, compared to the lowest monthly average of $50.73 per cwt in June.
