Weather Market Continues in LentilsVANCOUVER - Aug 28/10 - SNS -- Lentil markets generally maintained their values in light trade during the past week against the ongoing weather market in Canada. While the weather is generally cooperating, the harvest is advancing at a slow pace in western Canada, with the week starting with around 6% of Saskatchewan's lentil crop in the bin. Progress was focussed in the south third of the agricultural area. Farmers in southeastern Saskatchewan reported 14% of their crop was in the bin, versus 6% in southwestern crop districts, and none in the rest of the province.
